Jaren was an exceptional site manager. As first time renovators, his knowledge, experience and excellent communication guided us and made for a seamless project. We couldn’t be happier with the result! Thank you to Sam, Milena and the team at SBG.

It was a pleasure to deal with SBG. The building quality was very good. Staff are very friendly. Delivery was on time. Would definitely recommend to our friends.

Overall experience with SBG was excellent. Sam was great to deal with during quoting stage. Impressed that Sam, Renato and Gino all came in on a Sunday morning to meet me prior to awarding contract. Milena is a super star, so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Renato runs site very well, clean, tidy, well coordinated. Great workmanship and attention to details. I was slightly disappointed with variation claims for additional soil removal and ceiling suspension and felt these should have been better understood / addressed at quotation stage, however did not significantly diminish the overall very positive experience of dealing with SBG.
I would definitely engage SBG in the future and recommend to others.

Stockwood Builders did an amazing job with our Bentleigh East dual occupancy. Job was on time and budget with high quality finish. Would highly recommend.
